Send the bin back within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.

Condition

The bin should be in resaleable condition with the lid assembly included. Everyday use is fine, damage is not.

Return window. You can return your order within 30 days of delivery. Contact us first at auto.chillkar@gmail.com with your order number so we can confirm the return details.

Condition. Please return the bin in resaleable condition, including the removable lid assembly. Having used it is fine; damage, heavy soiling, or missing parts may reduce the refund.

Refunds. Once the returned bin reaches us and passes a quick check, the refund is issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank it can take a few working days to appear.

Return delivery cost. Unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect, the cost of sending it back is yours. If it was our error, we cover it.

Faulty or incorrect items. If the bin arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will arrange a replacement.
